The Kenton Group has announced that its now offering special connectivity deals as part of the Government’s scheme to roll out improved connectivity in the so-called “SuperConnected Citiesâ€.
The Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK) Connection Voucher is a grant scheme that provides financial support to SMEs located in the 22 “Super Connected Cities†for the purchase of superfast Internet connections, enabling them to take advantage of the very latest connectivity technologies and allowing them to compete in an increasingly connected business world.
The voucher scheme, worth a maximum of £3000, will allow qualifying businesses and 3rd sector organisations, such as not-for-profit and non-governmental organisation e.g. voluntary services, social enterprises and charities, to harness the expertise of Kenton in order to make major improvements to their Internet connectivity, either by upgrading to a more modern technology or by installing a completely new system.
This is considered to be a valuable opportunity to make a real step change in the connectivity around the UK and the Government plans to maintain the scheme until March 2015.
