Introduction
End-of-Sales means that the product cannot be proposed to any new customers or new customer projects.
Existing customers may continue to order the products, and this announcement is not indicating a Last Order Date (LOD) nor Last Delivery Date (LDD) nor End of Hardware Support (EoHWS) Date.
The products become End-of-Sales due to the increasing difficulty to source components leading to cost increases, and the fact that successor products with a better price-performance ratio and a lower carbon footprint (the ONE621 and ONE2560) are meanwhile available.
Note that the PoE versions of the ONE2501 and ONE2520 have been announced EOL in a previous PCN back in march 2023 due to obsolescence of the PoE controller).
